How do I book an appointment?
You can easily book an appointment through our website or by contacting our team directly.

When can I view the apartments?

We will organise open homes/tours once it is safe to show people in Nov/Dec 2025. The apartments will be ready for move in late Jan 2026 to early Feb 2026.

If you are interested to view the apartments at your earliest then please provide your contact details on the website and we will reach out to you.

What types of apartments do you have available?

All the apartments are 2 bedrooms with ground-floor apartments (x4) each enjoy private outdoor areas, while the upper-level units (x8) include dedicated car parks.

What is the process for tenant screening?

Watch the space! You can start the application & vetting early to avoid delays. There will be early bird deals. 

How much are move in costs?

We will require a bond payment equalling four weeks' rent and a one week rental payment in advance. Your bond will be held by Tenancy Services until the end of your tenancy.

What is the minimum and maximum length a tenant is allowed to stay?

We offer a minimum fixed term of 12 months, but you are more than welcome to opt for a longer term.
